Took in a vehicle to get the front 2 windows factory matched with the back 3. They said there could be some discoloration between the different shades which makes sense and wasn’t too noticeable but promised the front would be the same shade or lighter. The issue I had was the front windows registered 12% darker than the back windows per their meter in which the gentleman who read it agreed wasn’t right upon taking it back in. I was asked to pay for stripping the front 2 and re-tinting the vehicle if I wanted it changed.At this point I wanted all 5 windows tinted the same percentage, by default making the back 3 darker since they would be layered of the factory. This solution gave me the exact look I wanted for the car while serving it’s purpose in helping with my sensitive eyes.I ended up not having to pay for stripping but going way over budget by paying for the initial first 2 windows and the next round of 5 windows in a weeks time. In my eyes, this is the best shop in the city. I’ve done 7 cars and recommended at minimum 4 cars to them. This experience I would consider 2 star due to the fact they should have known the film they initially put on and charged me for would register much darker to even the naked eye. After some backlash I was able to rid the stripping fee but still couldn’t get a discount on the new set of tints even though what they initially put on was a terrible recommendation and out of my control.I’m giving 5 star because I have never left a prior review and believe they are a 5 star company with great work and even better employees.

This is my 5th vehicle I have taken here since 2019. I have also refered my Mom and have a co working making an appointment. I like there quality, the choices they offer, how quick they are and there professionalism . It is also re-assuring they back there work up with a warranty. You don't get bubbles or the jagged edges you get from the other "cheaper" places that I can't stand!! Suzanne and Tammy also goes above and really explains things to make sure your getting what you want. They guys do amazing work and are super quick! Best tint shop in the tri-state area, bar none. Tyler and his team do such a wonderful job and treat you (and your car) like family. Rick (the owner) knows how to run a company, and run it very, very well. I would not even look anywhere else for tint; it would be a waste of your time. Go to Eclipse and drive away knowing you had the best in the business tint your car.Update: My wife and I moved back to Ohio and had another car tinted (at Eclipse, of course). Rick and company also convinced me to get the windshield tinted (80%). I will never have another car without windshield tint (it is that good and does not cut down on visibility).They did another spectacular job (no surprise there), and their new location is not only massive, but very well kept and comfortable. Give Eclipse your business; you will not regret it.Edit again: We bought another car and Ricky and his team did a (no surprise) fantastic job. At this point, if you go anywhere else for tint I would question your sanity.

I sought out Rick and Eclipse for my tinting needs due to their stellar reputation in reviews, online, and in the different social media platforms. I dropped my Tesla off for a full top to bottom window tint of XPEL XR Prime Plus. Due to a miscommunication of expectations on my part with Rick and his team when I dropped the car off, things were not exactly what I expected when I picked up the vehicle. Rick came out to work through it with me and this is where I knew I made the right decision to bring my vehicle to Eclipse. We talked through things and Rick was willing to do whatever was required to make the customer happy. This is a rarity in my estimation these days. His team stayed late to work through the issues, and when I wasn't able to pick the vehicle up that night at 9:00P when he called me telling me it was ready, he was willing to come in on Saturday morning to deliver it to me. And when my wife was not available to bring me to the shop, he offered to drive across town to pick me up and take me back to his shop so I wouldn't be without my car any longer than I needed to be. This was on a Saturday when his shop was closed and he was with his family. I was blown away and super appreciative not only of his personal sacrifice but of his willingness to delight the customer. I am a customer for life!

I called in the morning and ask many confused convoluted questions. The one on the other end of this conversation was Tammy. She was smooth as the ceramic coatings that are one of their offerings. Smooth in as much as she handled my confused questions with aplomb. She had no problem answering my questions.Mainly I was looking for pricing and availability. She gave me several prices and the information I should have while making a decision. Tammy always cheerful and never the least bit flustered with my rambling questions.I called back in a few minutes and asked to have my appointment change to the same day no problem. A subsequent call and I was told whenever I came in they would take care of me.I am waiting on my car as I write this. I am offered snacks, coffee, and or soft drinks. If my car for which I am currently waiting looks as good as the place looks I will be a happy camper.I will add to this review after I see my car.I can’t imagine my car windows being anything but top drawer everything else about the place is.Well it looks great!Has a great guarantee also. From the upscale looks of the place they will no doubt be around to honor it if the need were to arise. So many places do this kind of work and you look around and wonder if you ever need something will they even still be in business.Eclipse no doubt will be. A class operation in every way.

Highly recommend! Before choosing Eclipse. I got offers from different places. But none of them answered the phone when I called. I always got a call back hours later. Which is okay. But the first time calling Eclipse. They answered, were very knowledgeable and able to give me a quote. Very quick & friendly service. I even called to check in on my car. Our relationship with Eclipse started in 2009. After researching window tinting for a new sun room we contacted Eclipse and have never been sorry!After they installed the film in the sun room we were so impressed with the product and the installers we had them put film on the rest of the windows in the house. To this day there has been no issues with the film.We just picked up a second vehicle that we had Eclipse install XPEL paint protection film and Prime Automotive Window Film on.Since 2009 Eclipse has installed window tinting on 6 vehicles, paint protection on 2 vehicles and 2 remote starters.The new state of the art facility is easy to get to, very neat and clean!We highly recommend Rick and the rest of the crew, very professional, courteous and the friendliest people you could ever meet! We are customers for life!

I have had two vehicles tinted here and this is the only place I would ever get my windows tinted at. Not only do they do a beautiful job backed by a lifetime warranty, but they also have some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. I called in the morning and they picked up my car same day, within the same hour and had it back to me in less than 4 hours! Great business and employees, I highly recommend!

I called on a random Tuesday to see if they could squeeze me in and was told that the only appointment they had was 4 PM. I thanked them for their time and told them I would not be able to make it. Not even two minutes later Tammy called me back and said they were willing to shuffle around some dealership window tints to fit me in. I ended up taking the car in at 1 o’clock and Tammy was super helpful in assisting me with picking out the tint that I wanted. She quoted me two hours to get the job done and welcomed me to wait in the lobby which I did. Their lobby is top-notch and very welcoming. I have been to many window tint places in the past and they are nowhere even close to the same degree of customer service that this place offers. An hour later my name is called and I was told that my truck is done, so they ended up getting the truck done an hour ahead of schedule on top of fitting me in last minute. The tint job looks amazing and she gave me an extra set of stickers to cover my window switches so the kids wouldn’t hit it. I could not be happier with eclipse window tinting and I will be using them solely from now on.

The best place to go for window tinting , ceramic shield and xpel paint film protection. They stand behind their products . Ceramic pro is a must on any new car finish . Makes up keep and washing the vehicle so easy . I have seen how Ceramic Pro really holds up and and what it protects your vehicle from . The xpel is also a great product . I don’t choose between the two products because I get both on my cars . They work so well together and soooooo worth the money .

In a time when Customer Service is just about extinct, 321 Tint gives renewed hope. I had their film on my windows in my home. I would highly recommend it be applied to any windows with excessive sun. I had this done back in 2007 and 321 Tint stood behind their warranty and replaced the film today. It was applied by a different company and was not applied correctly. 321 Tint did not do the original job but took care of the warranty. Thank you. Their installer was very professional and did an excellent job.

These guys know exactly what they're doing and did an incredible job. I did a lot of research online before choosing them and definitely made the right call in having them do the window tint on my 2017 Accord Sport. Do yourself a solid when considering getting your windows tinted and skip everyone else and go straight to Eclipse!

Clean office. Courteous staff throughout entire process (Facebook messenger, telephone and in person). Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Amazing staff. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed in and was given information about tint right away. They were able to do my car same day because someone had canceled their appointment. Great waiting area as well. Very clean and modern! Will go back again!

After trying to fix the tinting to my Lamborghini as seen in the profile pic they tried to make me join a gay orgy which was in memorial of a gay named all almighty Sosa I didn't know to join or not anyway I went and The Whole place smelled like ass ended up getting hit from behind it was nice an pink

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Eclipse. The guys that work there are awesome and their tint jobs are top notch. I was in and out in just over an hour and my car looks great. Rick (the owner) and everyone there was very professional and answered all my questions. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out, you wont be disappointed!!

I just had my 2013 Scion FR-S tinted. It was very fast and professional. The quality is great. The customer service was immaculate and the attention to detail was phenomenal. I just had our 2015 Ford Edge front windows tinted to match the factory privacy glass on the back. The match is so close you can't tell it's not factory. Also had a stip of tint at the top of the windshield for extra Sun protection. Looks great guys. My wife loves it. When my Mustang GT convertible gets a new top I'll bring it to Eclipse for the window tint.

I've had 4 vehicles tinted here over the last 3 year with no issues besides the most recent that had very visible bubble in the rear window. I called to schedule to have this repaired and was given a time of 12:30 pm on Saturday and was told it would take no longer than 20 min for the job to be completed. I walked out the door @ 3:15pm. How did no longer than 20 min turn into 165mins later? I was planning on bringimg another vehicle to be tinted in the next 2 weeks but due to the last experience I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I "DO NOT" have a "High-End Expensive Car"!,,,,BUT!, I was treated as I DID have!! What a great experience I enjoyed, doing business with this organization! Very professional, clean & organized business & "staff"!!,,,, My car was actually purchased from a good friend, that had the windows tinted when HE owned the vehicle! When I had a problem, I was treated just as I was the person that spent the money, NO different!,,, and the "Lifetime-Warranty" was a Breeze, NO problem using it as the 2nd owner!! This is my 2nd time using Eclipse. Class A. As I was waiting for my truck to get done what I thought was just an employee came out to the waiting area and we talked for over 20 minutes about his business, my job, and other things as well. Turns out he was the owner. The respect he gives his emplyoees, his customers is 2nd to none. I will always use this company when needed. By the way my truck looks phenomenal!

Just had my tint stripped and redone on my car couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone there is more than helpful and very personable. I didn't want to leave when my car was done, just wanted to sit there and talk with them all. First time going there and will be getting more windows redone and some other work done there too. Will definitely send people their way when looking for tint or anything else! Really appreciate everything they did for me!

These guys did a great job on my windows months back. My wife took it in while I was recovering from open heart surgery. While there she asked if they would mind putting on the vent shades/rain guards I had sitting in my trunk I hadn't gotten around to, that I didn't even buy from them. They did and they did an excellent job too. That guaranteed return service from me. So, months later ...when I show up a week early for my remote start install (oops) they offered to get it done anyway if I didn't mind leaving it all day. This meant working way after their business normally closes and they went out of their way to make sure I understood the system and was happy with it. Top Notch Service. Thanks guys , much appreciated and highly recommended !

I have used eclipse for over 4 years now. I can not count the number of cars that we have had tinted there. I have recently started using them for my clear bra's to protect the paint. Rick and I go back pretty far on the clear bra idea. I have watched his crew go from just another average installer, to the best job I have ever seen done on one of my vehicles. Some cars are harder than others, and my last car he applied the bra to was a 5 of 5 in how difficult it was... Flawless was an understatement.
